About this plant

A vibrant splash of tropical sunshine, this bloom unfurls in a cheerful tangerine hue, deepening to richer orange tones along its prominent veins and at the very heart. Six broad outer petals form a generous cup, cradling a distinct second whorl of narrower, perfectly aligned inner petals that radiate outwards, giving a full, double-petalled form with a total count of around 10 to 12 petals. The bright yellow anthers emerge from a subtle greenish throat, adding to its fresh, lively appearance. This is a wonderfully sturdy variety, holding its shape well even through heavy monsoon showers and reliably producing multiple flushes of these sunny blooms, making it an excellent choice for a pot on a sunny balcony or verandah.
