Rain Lily Cassini

About this plant

A vibrant splash of colour erupts with petals in a confident hot pink, each one adorned with a crisp white stripe that runs down its centre, fading into a soft lemon yellow at the throat. The six main petals unfurl gracefully, often accompanied by one or two slender petaloids nestled closer to the golden anthers, giving each bloom a lovely semi-double appearance. Fine, darker veining adds depth to the rich pink, especially when backlit by the sun. These cheerful flowers stand tall on sturdy stems, glistening with monsoon dew, and are quick to respond after a good shower. A lively choice that brings a burst of joy to any garden bed or container, pairing beautifully with deeper greens or contrasting purples.
