Each flower presents a delightful range, from clear, soft apricot-yellow outer petals to a creamy base delicately brushed with fine blush pink veining, especially noticeable in cooler light. While often appearing as a classic six-petalled star, some blooms surprise with an additional one or two slender petaloids clustered gently at the throat, giving a semi-double fullness without obscuring the bright golden anthers at the centre. This versatile variety thrives in a sunny spot, producing multiple flushes of these cheerful blooms after good monsoon showers, bringing a gentle warmth to any container display or garden bed.
